Change of Business
Organization
Effective
July 1 2010, RAC Consulting has changed it’s business organization from a
sole proprietorship to a Limited Liability Company (LLC) under the laws of
Washington State. That new organization is known as Software Devices, LLC. Software Devices has assumed all operations
of RAC Consulting and will continue to provide the same products and services
that were previously offered by RAC Consulting.
In
addition, Software Devices has the right to use the name RAC Consulting as a
trade name (DBA), and will continue to use that name as appropriate.

you would like an updated W9 form for your records, please contact us by email.
This
change should have no impact on customers. Your software license & support
agreements and paid support periods remain in force.
The telephone numbers, mailing and physical addresses remain the same. The RAC Consulting website and email addresses will continue to be available and are duplicated at swdevs.com.
